Antonia Showering

Timothy Taylor will mount a solo exhibition of new paintings by British figurative painter Antonia Showering at its New York gallery this spring. Showering is known for her enigmatic, psychologically fraught paintings with single or coupled subjects set against hazy mountain ranges or in scenes of aqueous, ambiguous domesticity. This presentation marks the artist’s second solo exhibition with the gallery and her first in New York.
